Grape varieties: Viognier, low yields of about 35hl/ hectare.
Terroir: This wine comes from vineyards situated between Aniane and Gignac.
The wine is matured for 30% in one and two year old barrels, 70% in stainless steel vats.

Tasting

Robe : Beautiful brilliant, light yellow.
Nose : The nose offers intense aromas of acacia, yellow peaches and exotic fruits.
Palate : Very elegant and harmonious, it is well balanced and its freshness allows the fruit to fully develop.
