Grape varities: Syrah, vines of 30 years,
Terroir: An old domaine of 38ha. situated between Aniane and Gignac. Jean-Luc Colombo has been the consulting oenologist since 1988.
The wine has been raised for 15% in oak of one and two wines and 85% in stainless steel and lined concrete vats.
Bottling takes place the Summer following the harvest.

Tasting

Robe : A deep and beautiful mulberry coloured robe.
Nose : The nose is reminiscent of the garrigue, ripe red fruits and soft spices.
Palate: The mouth is nicely rounded and well structured with balance and length.
The tannins may be slightly wild yet remain tasty.
