From clay-limestone vineyards, this wine has a fresh mouth feel with smooth, silky tannins.

Vines and Cellar

Grape Variety: Grenache and Syrah with a hint of Mourvèdre and Garignan, on the stony terraces of Cairanne.
Terroir: The graps are fermented in stainless steel tanks and macerate 15 days.
The wine is aged partly in oak barrels, partly in tanks for 18 month.

Tasting

Robe : Deep red.
Nose: Aromas of red fruit, spices and cofee.
Palate: Freshy mouth with silky tannins and aromas of ripe strawberry, fresh pepper.
