In 2005 and 2007 we had the pleasure to produce the Vallon de l'Aigle cuvée thanks to an old vineyard parcel hidden in a little cirque overlooking Cornas.
When the vintage is outstanding, we believe these red grapes, very concentrated, deserve to be vinified on their own to produce a very unique wine.
Next to these old vines, we keep working on the restoration of old terraces located at the top of well exposed hillsides. Before planting, we clear the land; restore the terraces and the stone walls. We also create some tracks. This magical place is where the Grand Cornas is resurrecting!
Where to drink a glass of Côtes du Rhône Les abeilles Jl Colombo with a bavette à l'échalotte in a wonderfull place?
